Venture One completes 182,579 square feet of leasing, sales
Venture One Real Estate LLC recently announced 182,579 square feet of leasing and user sales within its portfolio in six separate transactions. Two leases were completed at 1355 Holmes Road in Elgin for a total of 82,456 square feet. Amtec Molded Products will take 39,921 square feet for their plastics molding operation. Amtec is an existing Venture One tenant that is expanding into the 1355 Holmes facility.

NAI Hiffman completes 28-acre land sale in Sycamore
NAI Hiffman recently represented the Wellander Family in the sale of 28 acres of land in Sycamore, Ill. The property, located at the southwest corner of Peace and Freed roads, was purchased by Windmill Farm Limited Partnership. Windmill Farm plans to use the land for future development, selecting the property because of its visibility and accessibility. Bruce Granger, senior vice president with NAI Hiffman's industrial services group, represented the Wellander Family in the transaction.

NAI Hiffman recently had its company summer outing (including family) at the DuPage County Airport. In light of the 75th anniversary of our WWII veterans, the event was used as a way for employees to support Honor Flight Chicago, a non-profit that recognizes veterans by flying them all-expense-paid to DC for a day of remembrance and celebration
